Seychelles lie to the east of Kenya in Africa, and when there, you can hike mountain trails, bask on the ravishing beaches, rock climb, photograph the unique flora and fauna, and dine on mouthwatering Créole cuisine. Aquatic pursuits also abound in the clear water. With tourists enjoying lots of diving, snorkeling, surfing, and sailing. Seychelles also boasts of some of the richest fishing grounds in the world.

Roux Luxury Travel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana can help you plan your trip to the Seychelles but before you go, here are some places that you should not miss visiting.

· Anse Intendance, Mahé

This is one of Mahé's most beautiful beaches. This small and secluded crescent of sand on the island's south coast is a great surfing spot thanks to its frequent big swells and wild waves. Lack of a protective reef can make swimming a little rough but it is still a favorite with tourists.

· Anse Lazio, Praslin

Anse Lazio can be found on the north shore of Praslin Island and is a very picturesque beach. You will have to hike over a hill to get access to the beach, but trust us when we say that it's worth the effort. Takamaka trees and coconut palms providing patches of shade for relaxing on the beach and there are restaurants with great meals at both ends of the beach. The best time to visit this beach is early in the morning or late in the afternoon. There is less tourist traffic then.

· Victoria, Mahé

This is a port that was named after the British Queen Victoria and is the only seaport in the country. It is where you’ll find the Seychelles National Botanical Gardens and the clock tower. In a day, you can see many sites in this area and a few colonial buildings are also still around. You should also visit the Natural History Museum while there.
