Welcome back dear readers to our next installment in finding the perfect wine river cruise for you. We are helping you discover what makes each cruise line special and helping you choose the one that is right for you. This week we are talking about[Avalon Waterways](http://cruises.avalonwaterways.com/myrna@rouxwinetours.com/home.html).

Avalon Waterways was founded in 2003 by the Globus family of brands, they specialize in river cruises around Europe and other parts of the world. They began with a young fleet of only eight ships, the company has changed and expanded their fleet to 23 extraordinary suite ships sailing around the world. Perhaps one of the more splendid parts of Avalon Waterways is their outside staterooms, which are designed for comfort, many of them complete with the bed facing the full view of the rivers.
